Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.

Process customer orders and coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts for timely execution.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and MIS.

Coordinate with the sales team for order status, customer requirements, and documentation.

Ensure timely order entry and updates in the CRM system.

Track pending orders and proactively communicate updates to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine issues in coordination with internal teams.

Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and monthly sales data.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
