Account Manager (Accounts)

Location: Preet Vihar, East Delhi
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting principles, GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and lead the accounts team.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow, and fund management.
- Finalize books of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting and financial planning.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, ERP, and Advanced Excel.
- Financial reporting and MIS preparation.
- Budgeting and cash flow management.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Import & Export accounting.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, or Fitness Equipment industry.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and statutory audits.
