Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Finance modules, excellent accounting knowledge, and the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Configure and implement Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
- Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process documents, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements.
- Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
- Train end users and business stakeholders on Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend best practices for process optimization.
- Ensure successful project delivery while adhering to implementation methodologies and timelines.

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant.




- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Finance modules.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience with:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Budgeting
- Financial Dimensions
- Taxation
- Financial Reporting
- Robust understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional certification is preferred.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects.
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
