Job Title: Labour Resource Executive – Facility Management Services
Location: Chandigarh / Panchkula / Mohali
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Labour Resource Executive responsible for sourcing and deploying manpower including labour, housekeeping staff, and facility management teams for Security, Housekeeping, and Facility Services.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in manpower sourcing/recruitment, preferably in Facility, Housekeeping, or Security Services
- Strong network for sourcing labour and field staff
- Valuable client handling and coordination skills
- Soft-spoken, self-motivated, and target-driven
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
- Must own a two-wheeler for field work
- Prior experience in similar service-based companies preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and mobilize manpower (labour, housekeeping, security staff)
- Maintain database and pipeline of candidates
- Coordinate with clients for manpower requirements
- Ensure timely deployment and replacement of staff
- Conduct field visits and vendor coordination
- Achieve assigned recruitment/fulfilment targets
