Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and communicative Telecaller. The role involves interacting with potential and existing clients over calls, explaining tax and legal services, and ensuring proper follow-up. The candidate should be comfortable handling client queries and coordinating with the internal team to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and handle inbound calls.

Schedule follow-ups.

Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Maintain accurate records of calls and client details.

Coordinate with the team for client requirements.

Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
