Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively selling our products/services. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases.
- Identify customer needs and pain points through effective questioning and active listening.
- Present and demonstrate product/service features and perks tailored to each customer's requirements.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
