Role Purpose

The Store Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of raw materials, trims, packing materials, and finished goods while ensuring accurate stock records and uninterrupted production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming materials.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Conduct daily and monthly stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage and material identification.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO stock rotation where applicable.
- Coordinate with Production, Cutting, Merchandising, and Purchase teams.
- Update inward, outward, and stock registers/ERP.
- Prepare stock and inventory reports.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety in the store.
- Prevent stock loss, damage, and material wastage.

Qualification





- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in a garment manufacturing store.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, and packing materials is preferred.
