Property Operations

- Manage daily operations of residential properties, including apartments, villas, gated communities, and residential complexes.
- Ensure properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and maintenance.
- Manage tenant onboarding, lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, security, and housekeeping teams.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety standards.
- Monitor rent collection and manage property budgets.
- Maintain occupancy levels through leasing and marketing support.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory,



and community guidelines.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
