Tech Cluster is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and educational partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting Tech Cluster's training, internship, placement support, and skill development programs while coordinating with academic institutions for various collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

College & Institutional Relations

- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), faculty members, and college management.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to present Tech Cluster's training, internship, and placement programs.
- Identify and establish new institutional partnerships and collaboration opportunities.

Placement & Training Coordination

- Coordinate placement drives, internship programs, workshops, seminars, and campus engagement activities.
- Assist colleges in connecting students with relevant training and career opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of placement-related activities and events.

Business Development & Marketing

- Promote Tech Cluster's services, training programs, and educational initiatives.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through institutional networking.
- Prepare presentations,



proposals, and partnership documents.
- Represent Tech Cluster at educational events, career fairs, and industry meetups.

Coordination & Reporting

- Maintain records of institutional partnerships and communication.
- Prepare regular activity reports and partnership updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and events.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build skilled relationships with educational institutions.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in educational marketing, campus relations, placement coordination, or business development.
- Ability to travel for college visits and meetings.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
