Provides high-level administrative, organizational, and logistical support. The core objective is to maximize the MD’s efficiency by managing their schedule, filtering communications, and coordinating key stakeholders, requiring absolute discretion, proactivity, and multitasking capabilities.

Calendar Management: Organize and maintain complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
Communication & Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact. Triage emails, screen phone calls, and draft skilled correspondence on the MD’s behalf.
Travel Coordination:



Plan and execute detailed domestic and international itineraries, including flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transport.
Meeting Preparation: Coordinate board and stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, compile briefing materials, and take accurate meeting minutes while tracking action items.
Reporting & Administration: Prepare and format presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Manage expense reports and maintain confidential digital and physical filing systems.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
