We are looking for a skilled Weld Shop Engineer with hands-on experience in welding operations within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing weld shop activities, ensuring production quality, and maintaining process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily weld shop production activities
- Ensure quality of welding processes (MIG/TIG/Spot Welding)
- Monitor and improve welding parameters & cycle time
- Troubleshoot welding defects and process issues
- Maintain production targets with minimal rejection
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams
- Ensure adherence to safety and process standards

Requirements:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering




- 2–5 years experience in weld shop (Manufacturing Industry)
- Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Spot)
- Experience in automotive or sheet metal industry preferred
- Basic understanding of welding fixtures and jigs
- Immediate / short notice joiners preferred
