Job Title: Draughtsman (Construction / Residential Projects)Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings for flats, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Convert concept sketches or designs from architects/engineers into technical drawings
- Create and update drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD tools
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and regulations
- Modify plans based on client requirements or site conditions
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site supervisors
- Prepare working drawings for plumbing, electrical layouts, and interiors
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings

Skills Required

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD is essential)




- Good understanding of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of building standards and safety regulations

Qualifications

- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering / Draftsmanship / Architecture
- Experience in residential or apartment projects (preferred)

Work Setting

- Office-based (design work) with occasional site visits to flats under construction
- Works closely with project and site teams

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,130.25 per month
