Position: Housekeeping Supervisor Male / Female

Location: Hospital Facility

Gender: Male / Female

Age: Up to 45 Years

Qualification: Degree / Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2 Years' Experience in Hospital Housekeeping, Facility Management

Job Responsibilities

✅ Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities

✅ Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in patient care and common areas

✅ Monitor attendance, duty allocation and shift management

✅ Maintain housekeeping records, checklists and reports

✅ Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment and consumables

✅ Coordinate with hospital departments for housekeeping requirements

✅ Train and guide housekeeping staff on hygiene and safety procedures

✅ Ensure compliance with infection control and quality standards

✔ Leadership and team management skills

✔ Good communication and reporting skills

✔ Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and infection control practices

✔ Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies
