Job Title: Real Estate Marketing head(Experienced)

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Marketing Executive with proven experience in property sales and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing site visits, and closing deals for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for real estate projects

Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, and field marketing

Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed project information

Coordinate and manage site visits for potential buyers

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target

Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and trends





Work closely with the sales team to ensure conversions

Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing/sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of local real estate market

trends Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus Must be target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Skills:

Lead generation & conversion expertise

Customer relationship management (CRM)

Presentation and convincing skills Field marketing experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
