Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Incoming Quality Engineer/Inspector to ensure that all incoming raw materials, fabricated components, sheet metal parts, and welded assemblies meet the specified quality requirements. The candidate will be responsible for supplier quality inspections, incoming material verification, and maintaining quality standards as per engineering drawings and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials, sheet metal components, fabricated parts, and welded assemblies.
- Read and interpret Engineering Drawings, GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and quality specifications.
- Perform dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments.
- Verify material quality, dimensions, welding quality, and surface finish as per standards.
- Visit supplier locations for source inspection and quality audits whenever required.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
- Maintain incoming inspection reports and quality records.
- Support supplier quality improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production,



and Quality teams for material acceptance and rejection.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management requirements.
- Follow quality control procedures and inspection standards.

- Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering
- Additional certifications in Quality Inspection will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel to supplier locations for inspection activities.

- Ability to independently handle incoming quality inspections and supplier quality issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
