Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site survey and feasibility analysis for solar rooftop projects
- Plan and execute installation & commissioning of solar PV systems
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, electricians, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Supervise rooftop structure installation, module mounting, inverter installation, and electrical wiring activities
- Ensure proper system performance, testing, and commissioning of solar systems
- Handle project scheduling, material planning, and manpower coordination
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain quality and safety standards during installation activities
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to solar systems, inverters, and electrical connections
- Support net metering documentation and coordination with EB authorities if required
- Conduct preventive maintenance and O&M; (Operation & Maintenance) activities
- Prepare project reports, site updates, and installation documentation
- Provide technical support and customer handling during and after project completion




- Ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations at project sites

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and net metering
- Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting knowledge
- Project handling and team coordination skills
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical layouts
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution

Qualification:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or related field

Experience:

- 2–5 years experience in solar rooftop project execution preferred

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in 30kW – 100kW rooftop solar projects preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
