Job Summary - Pureform Packs LLP is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee store and logistics operations at our packaging manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end inventory of raw polymer resins, preforms, finished PET bottles/jars, and injection-molded products, ensuring seamless supply chain flow and efficient dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- PET & Injection Molding Inventory: Manage stock control for raw materials, color masterbatches, PET preforms, blow-molded bottles, and injection-molded caps/closures.
- Storage Optimization: Organize warehouse layouts specifically for high-volume, lightweight packaging products and heavy pallet storage.
- Production Coordination: Maintain a smooth flow of materials to and from the PET blow molding and injection molding shop floors to prevent line downtime.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Oversee daily outbound dispatches of packaging goods to FMCG, pharma,
or industrial clients, ensuring zero damage during transit.
- System Tracking: Record all material movements, gate passes, and stock tallies accurately using ERP / WMS software.
- Team & Safety Management: Supervise warehouse staff and loaders while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards required for packaging manufacturing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4 to 8 years in warehouse operations, strictly preferring candidates from a plastic packaging, PET blow molding, or injection molding background.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; certification in Supply Chain or Material Management is a plus.
- Software: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (like SAP/Tally) and Excel.
- Core Competencies: Excellent man-management, meticulous stock-counting skills, and knowledge of packaging industry safety standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
