Aclean Energies is a growing solar EPC company specializing in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. We are looking for a dedicated Solar EPC Project Engineer to join our team and support the successful execution of solar power projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Supervise installation of solar modules, structures, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Prepare project documentation, BOQs, reports, and commissioning records.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements





- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar EPC projects.
- Knowledge of solar plant installation and commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with rooftop solar and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems and net-metering processes.
- Familiarity with Gujarat solar regulations and utility approvals.
