We are looking for a Business Development Manager with prior agency experience who understands digital services and can actively contribute to client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Pitch IVORY’s services including social media marketing, performance ads, branding, and content solutions.
- Understand client requirements and suggest relevant digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding of clients.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Skills & Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in business development within a digital marketing/advertising agency (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, branding, etc.).
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
