About the Role

Konverto is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Video Editor to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content. This role involves content creation for our space-saving furniture and interior solutions brand through showroom shoots, factory visits, project site visits, customer testimonials, product demonstrations, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media video content.
- Shoot videos using mobile phones and cameras.
- Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Visit project sites, factories, and showrooms for content creation.
- Capture customer testimonials, product demonstrations, before-and-after transformations, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create trend-based content.
- Create compelling hooks, transitions, captions, and storytelling formats.
- Organize and manage video footage and content assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of content.

Requirements

- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



and social media content.
- Solid video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos using mobile phones and cameras.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Ability to independently plan, shoot, and edit content.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for content shoots.
- Freshers with excellent editing skills and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
