Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding & Engagement

- Manage onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
- Drive employee welfare programs and internal communications.

Employee Relations

- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS.
- Manage attendance, leave administration, and HR reports.

Payroll & Reporting

- Prepare payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and employee movement.




- Coordinate payroll processing, validate data, and generate HR reports.

Compliance & Audit

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain compliance documentation and support internal/external audits.
- Good knowledge of POSH Compliance is mandatory.

Learning & Development

- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Support employee development initiatives and training effectiveness.

Required Skills

- 4 Years–7 years of HR Operations experience.
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HR compliance.
- Good knowledge of POSH compliance and labour laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
