We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and certificates
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws




- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Languages to be known-Hindi, English
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
