Job Opening: Social Media Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of our clients’ social media presence. You’ll manage a team of executives, coordinate with content and design teams, and be responsible for brand growth, engagement, and campaign success across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand objectives
- Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage and mentor a team of social media executives and interns
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure creative consistency
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions)
- Drive paid campaigns with performance marketers, set budgets, and track ROI
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, tools, and competitor activities




- Coordinate with influencers and external content creators where needed
- Handle brand reputation, crisis communication, and audience feedback on social platforms

Requirements:

- Solid understanding of social platform analytics, paid ad tools, and content marketing
- Proven track record of growing accounts and managing campaigns
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer/Later, Canva, and basic Excel
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple brands/accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field (preferred)
