Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sr. Sales Manager to lead and grow our Laundry and Kitchen Equipment sales across India, with a key focus on the South and West regions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue in capital equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead sales initiatives for laundry and kitchen equipment in both ongoing projects and the replacement market.
- Build and maintain robust relationships across sectors including hospitality, consultants, principals, PMC firms, owners, and operators.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets across assigned regions.
- Set and monitor sales targets for team members and report performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide ongoing training, motivation, and development to the sales team.
- Equip the team with updated product knowledge,



market insights, and selling techniques.
- Represent the company and promote products effectively to target customer segments.
- Independently interact with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets while tracking competition and industry trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
- 8–10 years of successful sales experience in the Commercial Laundry and/or Food Service Equipment industry.
- Proven ability to manage sales teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
