We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team during the night shift. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn or Naukri is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
