Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant service operations in the assigned section.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Lead, guide, and support stewards to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order execution.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Train team members on SOPs, menu knowledge, and service etiquette.
- Monitor table turnover and ensure effective section management.
- Uphold food safety and hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations.
- Ability to lead a team and manage a service section independently.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and able to work in rotational shifts.
