Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Assist with seating, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Handle guest feedback and coordinate with the service team.
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Maintain a clean and professional front area.
Requirements:
- Good communication and people skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
