Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting projects and construction sites in Darbhanga and nearby region and securing orders for our products. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers while achieving sales targets. Your main objective will be to identify business opportunities, present our product offerings, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular visits ongoing and upcoming projects in the Darbhanga to promote our products and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of each business and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Present product information and demonstrate the value of our offerings to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.




- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer preferences, and product improvements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C workplace.
- Familiarity with the region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey product information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and two wheeler.
