We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to promote products, develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with dealers and contractors, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Conduct regular market visits to expand business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote new products and marketing campaigns.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

Eligibility & Experience

- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the paint, texture paint, construction chemicals, or building materials industry.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Age: 23–28 years (preferred)




- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Faridabad, NCR, and nearby markets.
