A visa consultant guides individuals and businesses through international travel and immigration processes. They assess eligibility, prepare and verify legal documents, and submit applications for visas (tourist, student, work). They also monitor application statuses and liaise with embassies or VFS centers to resolve issues

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Assess client eligibility, explain visa options, and guide applicants through the specific documentation requirements for different countries.
- Document Preparation: Review, organize, and submit application forms, ensuring 100% accuracy to prevent rejections.
- Liaison & Follow-up: Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and Visa Application Centers (VAC/VFS) regarding submission tracking, interview scheduling, and status updates.
- Regulatory Updates: Continuously monitor and study international immigration policies, visa rules, and processing timelines.
- Query Management: Address client questions,



manage escalations, and provide regular progress updates

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, International Relations, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years of proven experience in visa processing, travel operations, or immigration services.
- Knowledge: Deep familiarity with documentation procedures for major international destinations (e.g., US, UK, Schengen Area, Canada).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional time management to meet embassy deadlines, and clear verbal and written communication

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
