Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the organization’s accounting operations, financial processes, compliance, and reporting activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts team, ensuring accurate financial records, monitoring cash flow, and supporting management with financial insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and statements
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and reconciliations
- Review invoices, payments, and accounting entries
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations
- Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and monthly/annual statements
- Supervise and guide the accounts team
- Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls




- Support management in budgeting and financial planning

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
- Expertise in GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- CA / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience

- 8+ years of experience in accounts and finance
- Prior team handling experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
