Position: Diploma Trainee / Junior Engineer – Maintenance

Qualification:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- 0–3 Years
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the Printing & Packaging or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Assist in installation, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.




- Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
- Positive communication and teamwork.
