Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and field activities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork

Preferred:

- Experience in B2B or corporate sales
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
