Job Description - PMO (Plant Engineering Team)
Experience Required: 2-3 Years
Department: Plant Engineering / Project Management
Role Type: Full‑time (PMO Support / Junior PMO)

Role Overview
The PMO Executive will support the Plant Engineering Project Management Office in planning, tracking, reporting, and controlling project activities. The role involves close coordination with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Piping, Instrumentation) and providing structured support for project documentation, schedules, CAPEX tracking, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination

Assist Project Managers in preparing project schedules, milestones, and deliverable trackers.
Coordinate with cross‑functional engineering teams to track progress and update status reports.
Monitor project deliverables and highlight risks, delays, and dependencies.

2. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation, MOMs, dashboards, logs, and version‑controlled files.
Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Ensure alignment with internal PMO standards, templates, and processes.

3. Schedule & Cost Tracking





Support in updating Gantt charts, resource loading sheets, and project calendars.
Track engineering effort, productivity, and progress against baseline plans.
Assist in CAPEX/OPEX tracking, purchase requests, and vendor timelines.

4. Governance & Compliance

Ensure projects follow PMO governance, documentation protocols, and quality standards.
Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance with client or regulatory requirements.

5. Stakeholder Communication

Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, circulate MoMs, and follow up action items.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, procurement, and client stakeholders.
Consolidate inputs for presentations, reports, and cross‑team communication.

6. Tools & Software

Work with MS Project / Primavera / Excel trackers for schedule management.
Maintain SharePoint/Teams project repositories.
Use dashboards and analytics tools for PMO reporting.
Valuable Hands on experinece in Excel/Powepoint.
Need basic knolwedge on the project metrics like billing/invoicing/ margin calcualtion.
Prepartion of Porject KOM/ MOM and mail commuication internal team management .
Techincal know how of Plant engg projects
