- Supervise, coach, and schedule front-desk retail executives and package handlers.
- Ensure the retail staff delivers top-tier customer service, answering inquiries about shipping rates, tracking, restrictions, and delivery times.
- Resolve escalated customer issues or disputes regarding delayed, lost, or damaged retail packages.
2. Walk-In Logistics & Compliance
- Oversee the correct scanning, weighing, pricing, and labeling of outbound parcels.
- Enforce security and safety compliance, ensuring no hazardous or restricted materials are accepted for transit.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the outbound hub drivers for punctual daily collections/sweepings.
3. Financial Accountability & Retail Sales
- Manage daily cash drawer balancing, POS (Point of Sale) terminal reports, and protected drop-offs.
- Drive store revenue goals by training staff to upsell premium services (e.g., express delivery, high-value insurance, packaging supplies).
- Oversee inventory levels of packing supplies (boxes, tapes, bubble wrap) and ensure the storefront remains neat, clean, and organized.
Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years in retail store operations, ideally with experience in courier services
