We are looking for a Lead Generator with experience finding quality projects on Upwork for Digital Marketing and Web Development services.

Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant Digital Marketing and Web Development jobs on Upwork.
- Analyse project requirements and shortlist high-potential opportunities.
- Share suitable job links and details with the sales/business development team.
- Coordinate with the proposal team for timely submissions.
- Track leads and maintain daily reports of shortlisted projects.
- Stay updated on Upwork trends and new project postings.

Requirements:

- Experience using Upwork for lead generation.
- Positive understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Ability to identify genuine, high-quality opportunities.
