BotFit is Gurugram’s premium family entertainment centre, hosting kids’ birthdays, corporate events, school outings, and community celebrations. With vibrant activity zones, high-energy coordinators, and 4000+ successful events, we’re known for creating unforgettable experiences.

We’re now looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and customer-friendly Event Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute birthday parties, corporate events & weekend activities.
- Coordinate with parents, vendors, mascots, activity staff, and cafe team.
- Ensure smooth flow of the event from entry to exit.
- Handle client expectations, queries, and on-ground requirements.
- Lead kids’ games, engagement activities, and transitions between zones.
- Maintain BotFit’s quality standards, safety, and event checklists.




- Take feedback from clients and work towards continuous improvement.
- Support in daily operations during non-event hours.
