Job Description: MIS Executive – Google Sheets | Apps Script | WhatsApp Automation - Bajrangbali Roadways

Role Summary

We’re looking for a tech-savvy MIS Executive to automate reporting, build dashboards, and streamline data workflows using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google work space and WhatsApp. You’ll turn raw operational data into actionable insights and reduce manual work through automation.

Key Responsibilities

- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, operations, inventory, or fleet data. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery to management.

- Google Sheets Mastery: Build dynamic dashboards, pivot tables, complex formulas QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA. Manage large datasets and data validation.

- Google Apps Script: Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks - auto email reports, data cleaning, approvals, form-to-sheet workflows. Create custom menus/functions.

- WhatsApp Automation: Set up automated WhatsApp alerts via API/Twilio/WATI for daily reports, payment reminders, trip updates, or KPI triggers to teams.

- Data Integration: Connect Google Sheets with Google Forms, MySQL, CRM, Tally, or other tools using Apps Script/APIs. Schedule auto-refresh of data.

- Analysis: Track trends, variances, and KPIs. Flag anomalies to leadership.



Support decision-making with data visualizations.

- Process Improvement: Identify manual reporting gaps and convert them into automated workflows. Document SOPs for all automated processes.

Requirements

- Experience: 2-4 years in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Automation role

- Technical Skills:

- Expert: Google Sheets formulas, charts, dashboards

- Strong: Google Apps Script JavaScript, APIs, triggers

- Must Have: WhatsApp Business API automation via WATI/Twilio/Gupshup

- Valuable to Have: SQL, Python basics, Looker Studio, Zapier/Make

- Domain: Experience in logistics, transport, e-commerce, or retail MIS preferred

- Attributes: Logical thinking, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail. Can handle large data without errors.

- Education: Graduate in IT/Commerce/Stats/Engg. Google Workspace certification is a plus.
