About the Role

As a Software Developer at FACT Software, you'll be a key contributor to our Research and Development team. We build the best-in-class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions used across a wide range of industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world business operations and collaboration with a skilled, cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

- Work on complex modules within ongoing software projects
- Apply solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills to real product challenges
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle using modern development methodologies
- Learn and deepen your knowledge of our ERP systems and related products
- Collaborate with experienced developers and receive hands-on training and mentorship to support your growth

Who Were Looking For

We expect the strongest candidates to have:

- 1 - 5 years of FULL TIME EXPERIENCE as a Front End Developer and/or Full Stack Developer
- MUST HAVES: Angular, .NET (VB.NET, ASP.NET), .NET Core Framework
- Proficiency in C#, ASP .NET MVC Web Framework and SQL Servers would bring special preference to the profile
- Familiarity with Web/MVC architecture, OOPS, Design Patterns and Frameworks and Build tools
- A critical thinker, quick learner and team player
- Prior experience developing Accounting, ERP,



CRM or HRMS applications (preferred)
- Able to write reusable C# libraries and reusable components on Angular (preferred)

Role Details

- Compensation: Compensation will range from ₹2,16,000-6,00,000 annually depending on candidate experience.
- Location: We require candidates to work onsite at our Indian headquarters in Kolkata.
- Mode of Interview: Onsite only (we generally prefer applicants from Kolkata or surrounding regions but anyone who is willing to commute to our office for an interview are equally welcome)
- Start date: We'd like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
