We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.




- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and client requirements.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Meet monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications.
- Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Web Development, Mobile Applications, Cloud, AI, or Software Services is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
