We are hiring a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with experience in ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchange & NBFC compliances also who can manage CS Trainee team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle ROC filings & annual compliance
- Manage SEBI & Stock Exchange compliances
- Maintain statutory registers & records
- Prepare board meeting documents & resolutions
- Handle NBFC & RBI related compliance work
- Coordinate with auditors & regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act & other laws
- Experience working with Listed Companies compliances & regulatory filings
Requirements
- CS Semi-Qualified
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of ROC, SEBI, RBI & NBFC regulations
