#### Position

**Retail Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive**

#### Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the store.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and home décor solutions.

* Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.

* Achieve individual and store sales targets.

* Demonstrate product features, perks, and customization options.

* Handle customer queries, quotations, and order processing.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

* Maintain store presentation and product displays as per company standards.

* Follow up with prospective customers and generate repeat business.

#### Eligibility Criteria





* Minimum **6 months of experience** in retail sales, showroom sales, customer service, or a related field.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-centric approach with strong selling abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Experience in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
