Hygiene & Sanitation: Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean, sanitize equipment, and change linens between all appointments.

Sales & Up-selling: Educate guests on the perks of regular treatments and promote skincare or spa retail products.

Record Keeping: Document detailed client histories, preferences, and services performed to ensure continuity of care.

Essential Qualifications censure/Certification: Formal training and valid certifications in massage therapy,



esthetics, or cosmetology (requirements vary by region).

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various wellness modalities.

Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment or supplies (often up to 25–50 lbs).
