- Position Report to : Founder Director / AVP Sales
- Review: The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing the relationship with Key Customer/s based in the USA/Europe/Asia/Far-east/Gulf Region/other countries. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and address specific needs and preferences of each key account. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability for the company.
- Responsibilities 1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers based globally.
- 2.Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication and transactions with key accounts.
- 3.Understand the unique needs and preferences of each key account and tailor solutions accordingly.
- 4.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- 5.Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Production,



and Shipment to ensure timely delivery of Products and Services.
- 6.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within key accounts.
- 7.Resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts in a timely and qualified manner.
- 8.Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to stay informed about industry trends and development.
- Skills & Competencies : 1.Strong financial acumen and proficiency and financial analysis.
- 2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- 4.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- 7.Proficiency and Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Education Qualifications: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role.
