Job Brief

We are looking for a Principal Architect AI Solutions to guide our client's AI journey.

In this role, you will help build smart products and robust platforms using AI. You will work with leaders and teams across the company. You will guide how we design, build, and use AI in a safe and simple way.

This is a senior role where your ideas and decisions will shape the future of our technology.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design of AI solutions across products and platforms
- Work with business and tech teams to build simple and strong AI systems
- Set clear rules, standards, and best practices for AI development
- Study new AI tools and guide where to use them
- Support areas like AI workflows, automation, and system monitoring
- Make sure all AI systems are safe, secure, and follow rules
- Help teams use AI in coding, testing, and delivery
- Guide decisions on apps, data, and system design
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads
- Take part in key architecture and strategy discussions

Qualifications

Required:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
- 12+ years of experience in software, architecture, or tech leadership




- Strong experience in building AI solutions in real projects
- Good knowledge of AI systems like LLMs, workflows, and data systems
- Strong understanding of cloud, APIs, and secure systems
- Experience in setting standards and guiding teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term success

Preferred:

- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, and security
- Experience with AI tools, cloud platforms, and monitoring systems
- Experience helping teams adopt AI tools
- Experience mentoring architects or leading tech groups
- Masters degree in a related field
