Key Responsibilities

- Process Management & Optimization: Assist in managing day-to-day business operations, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing streamlined workflows.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with customer support, sales, product, and finance teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), maintain operational databases, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Vendor & Inventory Management: Liaise with vendors, service providers, and supply chain partners to manage procurement, inventory, or task delivery. (Modify based on industry)
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance policies are adhered to across all operational processes.
- Administrative Support: Handle operational ticketing systems, handle document management, and resolve routine operational issues promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or project support role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Notion) or CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
