We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomist to handle blood sample collection and ensure a smooth and safe experience for patients. The role involves both in-lab and home sample collection while maintaining high standards of hygiene and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipuncture and collect blood, urine, and other samples
- Handle home sample collection visits as per schedule
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain patient comfort and professionalism during collection
- Coordinate with lab team for timely processing
- Maintain records of samples collected and submitted
- Ensure all collection materials and kits are well-stocked

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification:



DMLT / BMLT or certified phlebotomy training
- Experience: 1–3 years in sample collection (Freshers can apply)
- Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred for home collection)

Skills Required:

- Good communication and patient handling skills
- Attention to hygiene and safety
- Time management and punctuality
- Basic documentation and mobile app usage

Working Hours:

- Rotational shifts (including early morning collections)

Salary:

- As per industry standards + incentives (for home collection, if applicable)
