- Minimum 3–7 years’ experience in high-rise façade projects.
- Practical knowledge of: Unitised curtain wall glazing, Glass railing (normal & fire-rated), Aluminium louvers & aluminium sheet cladding, Tile cladding, Sliding, top hung, and folding windows, MS railing.
- Ability to read and implement shop drawings on site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Experience in site surveying and taking accurate measurements for façade works.
- Hands-on experience with BMU/Gondola façade works and adherence to safety norms.
- Capable of coordinating inspections and obtaining approvals from clients for completed works.
