We are a fast-growing US-based fashion e-commerce brand looking for a Senior Email Marketing & Retention Manager who can take ownership of our customer retention strategy through Email and SMS Marketing.

What You'll Do

- Own the complete Email & SMS marketing strategy.
- Build and optimize customer lifecycle journeys using Klaviyo.
- Create engaging promotional, seasonal, and product launch campaigns.
- Develop and improve automated flows including:
- Welcome Series
- Cart Abandonment
- Browse Abandonment
- Post Purchase
- Cross-Sell & Upsell
- Win-Back
- VIP & Loyalty
- Replenishment
- Back-in-Stock
- Sunset & Re-engagement
- Manage customer segmentation based on shopping behavior, engagement, location, purchase history, and lifecycle stage.
- Improve customer retention, repeat purchases, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Execute SMS campaigns that drive additional revenue.
- Monitor email deliverability, domain reputation, list health, and compliance.
- Perform continuous A/B testing to improve campaign performance.




- Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and paid marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on Email Marketing experience.
- Expert-level experience with Klaviyo.
- Experience managing both Email & SMS Marketing.
- Experience working with international Shopify e-commerce brands.
- Fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brand experience is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of retention marketing and customer lifecycle strategy.
- Experience with audience segmentation and personalization.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance.
- Excellent English communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
