Job Description – PR Executive

Position: PR Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Handle parent enquiries and guide prospective parents through the admission process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute admission outreach activities, school events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Manage follow-ups with prospective parents through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Represent the school professionally at events, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
- Assist in branding, marketing, and public relations initiatives to enhance the school's visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare reports related to admissions and PR activities as required.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in PR, Marketing, or School Admissions preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills





- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Good presentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive approach.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.)
